About Me

SHARELINES

8 million black children in public schools are under threat of having their worth devalued and their minds diminished. Their future is in foreclosure. Wake up.

Hello from hinterlands of Minnesota.

I’m Citizen Stewart, an activist, public school parent, writer, speaker, essayist, and education activist. My focus is on increasing educational freedom and achieving justice for marginalized students, families, and communities.

I do this by challenging the dominant discourse the poor, oppressed, our students, and our schools.

I am a voice of the never ended battle between my ancestors and their oppressors.

I am their enduring demand for liberty.

Let’s talk!
